Cancellation & Late Cancellation Policy At The Aesthetic, we value your time and kindly ask that you value ours as well. To provide the best service to all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. By booking an appointment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this cancellation policy.
